What you earn
What your level is actually worth.
Reaching a level is half the story. The other half is the percentage back you earn at partners. Pick your account and level, then switch between a rough monthly Estimate, the full Rates, and the Perks you unlock. Every figure is for the account you choose and checked against the current rules.
Terms, in plain language
- eBucks
- FNB's reward currency. eB10 = R1 (ten eBucks are worth one rand).
- Qualifying spend
- The purchases that count toward earn. Cash withdrawals, transfers, EFTs, debit orders, forex and gambling do not count.
- Virtual Card 80%
- Paying at least 80% of both your in-store and online spend on your Virtual Card. Physical-card spend earns a flat 0.5%.
- Smart Spend
- A monthly bonus that grows as your total card spend climbs through set bands. Needs Virtual Card 80% to go beyond the first band.
- Double-days
- At Clicks you earn again at double rate on Family Day (the 15th) and on Wednesdays (for ages 60+), on a separate cap.
- Annual Discount Savings
- The total rand value of discounts you can use in one year (1 July to 30 June), counted across eBucks Travel and eBucks Shop products.
- Boost My Rewards
- Private Wealth and RMB Private Bank only: a R50,000 eBucks Travel reward for very high annual card spend, with all accounts in good standing.
