lvl5

About

A clearer way to reach Level 5.

Why this exists

The path to Level 5 can be confusing, and FNB's own calculator has a reputation for being unreliable. lvl5 turns the official rules into a plain-language, guided walk-through so you can see where you stand and what to do next.

Who it's for

Any FNB customer working toward Level 5. If you hold FNB Islamic accounts, the walk-through flags levers whose product (or its conventional form) you may want to check, and lets you hide interest-based and insurance levers. This describes what each lever is; it does not give religious rulings, so confirm anything that matters with your own advisor.

Which accounts

The walk-through covers the four premium tiers that use the 1 to 5 points system: Premier, Private Clients, Private Wealth and RMB Private Bank. Easy and Aspire work differently (you qualify with a minimum deposit and transactions, then earn a set rand amount by spending, with no level ladder to climb), so they're covered in the FAQ rather than the tools.

How the rules are sourced

Rules are generated directly from eBucks' published 2026/27 reward-point documents, per tier. A few point values aren't published publicly and are flagged est., so confirm those in your FNB app. Treat lvl5 as a guide; your app is the source of truth.

Privacy

Everything runs entirely in your browser. No login, and nothing about your finances is sent anywhere or stored.

Unofficial & not financial advice. lvl5.co.za is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by FNB or eBucks. Products that earn points may carry costs or risks, and some involve interest or conventional insurance. Always confirm in the FNB app and the official eBucks Terms & Conditions. Rules modelled as of 1 July 2026.
